I'm an Electrical Engineering and Computer Science doctorate student at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. I work in the Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory with the Learning and Intelligent Systems group. I'm interested in using machine learning techniques for learning robotic manipulation strategies. The wordle (shown above) was generated from my masters thesis on using reinforcement learning for robotic grasping.

I graduated from UC Santa Cruz with a Computer Engineering major in the Spring of 2012. During my tenure there, I researched with the Bionics Lab under Jacob Rosen PhD on Dental Robotics.
