Some hacks...
Here are some hacks (this is quite incomplete -- mail me if you are
interested in any of it):
- The Eclipse Plug-in for Emacs is an Eclipse
plug-in allowing files, Java classes and methods, and compilation errors
to be opened within a running instance of Emacs.
- Generic Java, a.k.a. JSR14, Java 1.5; an
assortment of observations on the language based on a year of using it,
and of developing tools for it.
- Othello, a web-based implementation
of the popular strategy game for 2 players; optionally the computer can
take over one of the players. Calls to a separate binary on the server to
implement game strategy (depth-5 minimax search).
- SuperScript, an imperative graphics
language that compiles to PostScript.
- extractcd, an automatic CD inlay-card
generator.
- backup, an incremental backup system for
Linux.
- reflex, a fast restricted
lexical-analyser generator.
- xsendkey, a keypress generator for X.
- xclocktz, a modified xclock
that allows a timezone to be specified, for use in a "wall of
clocks".
- prune, a tool to aid pruning disk space.
- whereami, a program to reveal where I am.
- includes, a script to show the
include-graph of a C/C++ source file.
- Newton Newton-Raphson fractal generators
- 3dgraph 3D-graph plotting and surface shading
- My junkbuster.block file,
containing a list of nuisance sites that can be easily filtered out
with the free Internet JunkBuster
software. Also included: junkbuster.cookies,
junkbuster.conf (UNIX),
junkbuster.ini (MS Win).
- Quotation An xscreensaver module that
displays quotations/fortunes. Included is a list of Bushisms.
Thrown together quickly, has some minor bugs.
