Markov chains on letters

Walks on graphs

This function estimates the steady state distributions of some simple Markov chains on letters. You specify the specific walk, the number of steps, and the number of times to repeat the chain and the output compares the empirical distribution you sampled to the theoretical steady state.

This widget is part of my Introduction to Discrete MCMC and corresponds to the examples in Section 4 of my typed notes.
