Transforming Distributions

This Sage tool allows you to experiment with different combinations of proposal distributions and score functions in order to gain some intuition for how MCMC sampling works. Details about the specific distributions can be found here.

This widget is part of my Introduction to Discrete MCMC and corresponds to the examples in Section 5 of my typed notes.
