I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at ETH Zürich in the Interactive Geometry Lab and Block Research Group where I work on structurally-informed geometry processing. I am supported by the Marie Curie/ETHZ Fellowship.

I recently completed my PhD at MIT in Computer Graphics and Architecture. My thesis focused on modeling mechanics of masonry structures, advised by Frédo Durand and John Ochsendorf. I also collaborated with Barb Cutler at RPI. My research was funded partially by the Canadian NSERC Postgraduate Scholarship.

I received my MS in Design & Computation from MIT in 2006. My thesis research with Seth Teller focused on automatic interpretation of CAD drawings. I received my BASc in Engineering Science from the University of Toronto in 2004. My senior thesis was on high dynamic range images, under the direction of Sabry El-Hakim and Demetri Terzopoulos.

In my spare time I enjoy hiking, climbing, and playing the flute.
