certs-rapid7-041915.txt contains information about one certificate per line. We
primarily identify certs through our analyses by certificate hash, the first
column. There are 30 columns in total, but the only relevant ones used in our
analysis for this specific paper are:

1. Certificate Hash
4. Common Name
5. SAN List
6. Set of domains appearing in either the common name or SAN list, ignoring subdomains
7. Certificate Authority
25. Comma-separated list of reverse DNS of IPs in (26)
26. All IP addresses observed hosting this certificate in any of the scans, comma-separated
30. All ASNs observed hosting this certificate in any of the scans, comma-separated
