Dear Daniel XX and David YY, I believe you comprise my EXAM committee, and the purpose of this e-mail is to arrange two things: a time for me to meet with each of you individually to give a preview of my research, and a time for the EXAM presentation itself to happen. I have class from 12:00 to 1:00 Mon, Wed, Fri, and I am available all other times, for the individual meetings.
