A Coffee Roasting/Tasting Log

Update: I've taken things down, as this is horribly out of date, with all roasts dating back to before I came to MIT. The major development in my coffee-roasting life is the new computer I've put in my roaster, which is continuing to pay dividends in terms of quality. I'm building a site that will generate time/temperature plots, keep track of my stock of green, etc. In the meantime, I can't imagine keeping this up to date.
