smell: mineral, orange zest, hints of rubber and grass; taste: minearly, citris (w/o sweetness), refreshing mineral/citris aftertaste; texture: light effervescense, lively; acid/sweet: 4/2.5 "fresh"; "elegant", "subtle", acid forward but w/ juicy-ness; smell and taste are in balance; was a great match with sea bream topped with fennel and orange slices; compare freshness to Babich SV, but w/o intense flavors; possibly the most pleasant dry wine I've ever had
