The 'old college tri' is a piece of furniture that is composed of five wooden boxes that are attached by hinges, so that they may fold into a chair, a table, or a wall storage unit. For transportation, they can also fit through almost any space that you can.

The Hyperhabitat project (inset) implemented digitally networked furniture as a conceptual statement for the Venice Biennale (2008), integrating small low cost web servers into every piece of furniture in a room, allowing user interaction to affect a large display of activity. This was a collaboration with the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia (IaaC), led by Vicente Guallart and Tomas Diez.
