Bjoern Menze

I am a research scientist in the Computer Vision Laboratory at ETH Zurich, and a research affiliate of the Medical Vision group of CSAIL at MIT.

I am interested in developing methods in medical image computing at the interface of computational patho-physiology, medical computer vision, and machine learning. In this, I focus on applications in multimodal clinical neuroimaging and the patient-adaptive modeling of tumor growth.

I organized workshops at MICCAI, NIPS and CVPR in the fields of medical computer vision and neuroimage processing, served as guest editor for Medical Image Analysis, and am a member of the programm committee of MICCAI 2012.
