· Developing and updating CellProfiler, an open-source high-content image analysis software package designed for high-throughput analysis of cell images. It is primarily written in MATLAB and freely distributed at http://www.cellprofiler.org
· Pioneering new method for In Vivo micro-arrays containing lentivirus expressing shRNA which induce RNAi
· Conducting high throughput mammalian RNAi screens
· Analyzing high content images for collaborations (Novartis, Merck) and RNAi screens conducted in Sabatini laboratory
