BIO 3120: Expression Analysis, Winter 2002. One of five courses in the Bioinformatics Essentials Graduate Certificate Program at Northeastern University. This course focuses on computational analysis of gene array data. Here is the course syllabus. The course Web page contains readings and project assignment, but you will need a Blackboard account to access it. Fortunately, Georg Gerber, Nicola Rinaldi, and Gene Yeo agreed to teach this course with me, or I would not be updating my Web page right now!
MIT Course 6.041, Probabilistic Systems Analysis. As the TA for the advanced undergraduate section, I taught a recitation (lecture to a group of 30) and four tutorials (problem-solving sessions in groups of 6-8) each week. My students were brilliant, including 5 of the top 7 students in the class overall (among 11 undergraduate sections).
9.357, Seminar on the Appearance of Materials . This seminar focused on computer vision and computer graphics problems related to realistic material appearance. I co-taught the course with Ted Adelson, but many meetings consisted of lectures by guests or students in the class.
