Outside The Lab
Though we might deny it, even us postdocs have lives outside the lab! For me this includes:
- A brief career taking improv classes at Improv Boston
- Exploring Boston with friends and labmates (pictures to come!)
- One of my latest projects: during 2014 I plan on trying to cook 50 recipes I have never cooked before. As of now (8/19/2014) I am on number 40! The winner so far is definitely the Sweet Potato Burrito Smothered in Avocado Salsa Verde from Cookie and Kate (my current favorite food blog!) Update (9/19/2014): Challenge completed!
- Running, when my knees let me get away with it (don't you just hate old age?)
- Last but not least I am involved in Conflict Resolution at MIT, both through the Math REFS and through the (soon to be established) Conflict Club.
