Stand your ground; don't fire unless fired upon, but if they mean to have a war, let it begin here. -Captain Parker

Whoever looks upon them as an irregular mob will find himself much mistaken, they have men amongst them who know very well what they are about. -Lord Percy

Pictures

Please check back in the days and weeks after the event as it will take a little time to collect and collate all the pictures.

For pictures for sale by the official, professional photographer, see Provincial Gallery. As of 1 May 2000, he has over 70 photos posted, so go take a look. "I will be posting more photos daily. By the time I get them all in it looks like about 200 photos will be posted," says Jon Hill.

More pictures for sale are at www.eprints.com -- type "battle" and click "Go".

If you have pictures from Battle Road, I would love to add them to this site. If you have already put them on the Web, please send me the URL(s), and I'll link them in right away. If you have scanned photos, email them to me, and I'll get them up as quick as I can, but it may take a few days. If you have printed pictures, please find a friend to scan them and email them to me; I regret that I just don't have time to scan in everyone's pictures.
