Matt Coudron introduced the CHSH game - a game in which two players who cannot communicate attempt to give correlated answers to random questions. We saw that classically the players can only win 75% of the time. However, we saw that if the players share a quantum state, they could win ~85% of the time, and we learned why this is an optimal quantum strategy. We were also introduced to quantum states and quantum measurements, which we will think of as normalized vectors and sets of orthonormal bases, respectively.
