I frequently use Python, PsychoPy, MATLAB, and R for generating and presenting stimuli, data analysis, and simulations. I use Jupyter Notebook (f.k.a., IPython Notebook) along with Markdown to create interactive tutorials, and LaTeX and BIBTeX to write manuscripts.
