Guowei Zhang (张帼玮)

I am a fourth year Ph.D. student at MIT CSAIL. My advisor is Professor Daniel Sanchez.

I work in computer architecture with experience in digital circuits. My current research focuses on making systems more data-centric, by transforming the memory hierarchy into an active agent that collaborates with processors to reshape computation and minimize data movement.

Curriculum Vitae

In June 2016, I received a Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT. Before joining MIT, I earned a Bachelor Degree in Microelectronics and a Second Bachelor Degree in Economics from Tsinghua University, China (2014), where I worked with Professor He Qian and Professor Lei Zhang. I was also an exchange student at University of Southern California in 2013, where I worked with Professor Peter Beerel.
