MERL BRDF Database version 1.0 June, 2005 This database contains reflectance functions of 55 different materials. Each reflectance function is stored as a densely measured Bidirectional Reflectance Distribution Function (BRDF). If you use these measurements, please, reference the following paper: "A Data-Driven Reflectance Model", Wojciech Matusik, Hanspeter Pfister, Matt Brand and Leonard McMillan, ACM Transactions on Graphics 22, 3(2003), 759-769. BibTeX: @article {Matusik:2003, author = "Wojciech Matusik and Hanspeter Pfister and Matt Brand and Leonard McMillan", title = "A Data-Driven Reflectance Model", journal = "ACM Transactions on Graphics", year = "2003", month = jul, volume = "22", number = "3", pages = "759-769" } Your feedback about this data would be greatly appreciated. Please, send comments to Wojciech Matusik (matusik@merl.com). Some sample code to read the data is provided in the file readBRDF.cpp. Note that parameterization of theta-half has changed.
