So the first thing to do is make this an adaptive tetrahedralization using an octree. This cuts the number of elements in half and increases the volume, but you can see we still have many small volume elements. Especially worrisome is the spike of elements with zero volume and zero solid angle. Most of these elements are right near the boundary and must be improved to allow simulations.
