Numerical Optimization

I developed an optimization algorithm known as Dynamic Hill Climbing with Michael de la Maza. Below is a list of papers on DHC. The most comprehensive is the technical report. For a simple C implementation check out dhc.c . I also wrote a new stand-alone optimization program with built-in documentation and a math compiler.
