This is part of the code used to run the experiments in the tLSTD IJCAI 2016 paper. The rest of the code is currently being cleaned up and will be given a proper release. In the mean time, you will find the python version here which works well for the mini batch case. There are missing optimizations for the fully incremnetal case which are present in the C code which will be release later. [source]
