Hi Tim,

It does work.  I have used it in my own app.  Again I refer you to the
win32-duim-gui-test-suite example, which provides you with a working
example.   In that example, they use a macro, but the macro is trivial,
and you can do it just as well with method calls.

Note that in your Dylan project, you need both the icon (.ico) file, and
a resource file (.rc) mapping the icon ID to the icon name.
