I kind of doubt it. I have an older version of Dylan Refernce
Manual for prefix-Dylan but it explicitly omits macros. It is
possible that macros were added before Apple abandoned the
prefix syntax but even if they were, I don't think there were
intermediate DRMs that documented its standard usage.
