Both discuss using restarts in Dylan and how it saved me quite a bit
of effort on a project.

I can only echo what the other posters have said. Dylan is an easy to
use language, the Functional Developer IDE is excellent - especially
the browsing and editing features - and I've always had good response
turn arounds from Functional Objects.
