COLLISIONseven, CHANCE: Artist and Art Information

C7 will be held at Art Interactive, Apr 2 - Apr 10, with opening on Apr 1st at 6-9pm.

Submissions must be sent/postmarked by midnight Feb 13th, 2005.

Several exceptional and appropriate pieces will be shown at mit during the Boston cyberarts festival at the Stata Center.

The theme is CHANCE. We are looking for submissions that relate to the notion of chance in science, robotics, artificial intelligence, art, the human condition, modeling, games, religion, philosophy, approximation, true reality, etc.

Works will be judged according to the following criteria in decreasing order of importance:

art / technology must use technology in production or product
safe must not be dangerous to patrons
completed / available must be available including artist
fits space has to be a team player
thematic fits into show's theme of CHANCE
exciting / novel fun and unique
crafty quality piece of artwork
chance gambling at your cost is fun
