DTMRI: Diffusion Tensor MRI Visualization
Summary
DTMRI is a module in the 3D
Slicer for interactive visualization of diffusion tensor MRI
(DT-MRI, or DTI).
Its developers are in the MIT Computer Science and AI Lab (CSAIL) Medical Vision
Group, and the Lab for Mathematics in Imaging (LMI) at Brigham and Women's
Hospital.
Information about obtaining the software can be found at the NA-MIC Slicer
