To attach documentation to identifiers in your code, browse to it. For Javadocs, Codetrail will prompt you immediately. For other forms of documentation, Codetrail will attempt to infer the connection. To read attached documentation, click on an identifier. For example, click on Java class or method names in Eclipse to see the full Javadoc in Firefox.To see bookmarks, enable the Web Bookmarks view. In Eclipse, go to Window → Show View → Other... and select Codetrail → Web Bookmarks.
To create a bookmark from Eclipse, right-click on a file. Then navigate to the Bookmark menu. To create a bookmark from Firefox, select Bookmarks → Bookmark This Page in Eclipse. Codetrail will also create some bookmarks automatically.Please consider adding this link as a bookmark: Codetrail
From that page (chrome://codetrail/content), you can review the data Codetrail has recorded. You will also find links to the user study briefing and the Codetrail FAQ.
You can also reach the page via Tools → Add-ons; under Codetrail, click Preferences.
