1.    September 2016: I am moving to Cornell Engineering, with joint appointments in ECE and BME. I will be building a new lab starting in summer of 2017. I will be hiring!

2.    September 2016: A new paper of ours which studies the heritability of neuroanatomical shape will be coming out in Nature Communications soon!

3.    August 2016: New paper out in PNAS: we define a new metric called “morphometricity” that quantifies the neuroanatomical signature of a phenotype.

4.    July 2015: Eugenio Iglesias and I published a survey paper on multi-atlas image segmentation, which appeared in the Medical Image Analysis Journal. Click here for a copy.

15.November 2011: Our paper that discusses "the association between a polygenic Alzheimer score and cortical thickness in clinically normal subjects" just got accepted to Cerebral Cortex.

16.November 2011: This one is FUNNY :) Our "label fusion" paper (appeared in IEEE TMI in October 2010) has been blatantly ripped-off. The authors haven't even bothered to change the figures or text or anything. Here's the original paper and here's the fraudulent version. Thanks to Eugenio Iglesias for pointing this out.
