September 2016: A new paper of ours which
studies the heritability of neuroanatomical shape will be coming out in Nature Communications soon!
3.
August 2016: New paper out in PNAS: we define a
new metric called “morphometricity” that quantifies the
neuroanatomical signature of a phenotype.
4.
July 2015: Eugenio
Iglesias and I published a survey paper on multi-atlas image segmentation,
which appeared in the Medical Image Analysis Journal. Click here for a copy.

Buckner, MR Sabuncu*, and JW Smoller*. Proceedings of
the National Academy of Sciences. In Press. 2015. Software can be downloaded here.

that proposes a method for event-time analysis of longitudinal neuroimage data is in NeuroImage.
Check
it out.
12.2013: Check out Jorge's
twin papers in Neuroimage that talk about the use of
LME for analyzing longitudinal neuroimage data. The
first one and second one. Info on the Matlab
tools distributed with FreeSurfer can be found here.

grant on Alzheimer's Disease. Check it out.
14.August 2012 Update: We
have a few recent papers -- check
them out here.
15.November 2011: Our paper
that discusses "the association between a polygenic Alzheimer score and
cortical thickness in clinically normal subjects" just got accepted to Cerebral Cortex.
16.November 2011: This one
is FUNNY :) Our "label fusion" paper (appeared in
IEEE TMI in October 2010) has been blatantly ripped-off. The authors
haven't even bothered to change the figures or text or anything. Here's the
original paper and here's the fraudulent version. Thanks to Eugenio Iglesias for
pointing this out.
