Once class definitions are in place, you can write createViews,
a method that is sent to a view manager whenever open, a
Smalltalk-supplied method, is sent to that same view manager. Later on,
in Chapter••missing reference••, you learn that you can use Smalltalk Express's built-in GUI
builder to define createViews. Before you can understand what the
GUI builder does for you, however, you need to understand exactly how
createViews works.
