WINSTON TO DISCLOSE SECRET RESEARCH PROGRAM AT LATKEHAMANTASHEN DEBATE
CAMBRDIGE, MA, 2008. Professor Patrick Henry Winston announced today that he will participate in the MIT LatkeHamantashen Debate on March 5. The decision was taken after lengthy discussions with his lawyers and publicists.
Professor Winston plans to reveal during the debate that the real goal of artificial intelligence is to develop a program that passes the famous LatkeHamantashen test devised by Alan Turing in 1950. Eventually the truth has to be told, he said Stata's exotic architecture is meant to distract attention from the darkly secret work that goes on inside.
Professor Winston is a Ford Professor of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence. Nevertheless, he drives Saabs, often faster than he should.
