Note:

The original RC5 paper contained the following two minor bugs:

[1] When the key length was zero, the program did not behave properly.
    This was pointed out by Mikael Pettersson.

[2] The program did not print out bytes in little endian order, as it should.
    This was pointed out by Ray Sidney.

The revised version of the paper (revision March 20, 1997) fixes these
problems.
