Closing Submissions and Activating the Review Site

Are you sure you want to close the submission site?

Click on "Close Submissions and Activate Review Site" at the bottom of the page to move into the review period. Once the review site is activated, you can give PC members access to it by following the link "Manage PC membership" on the administration page.

On this page you can also modify some of the review parameters such as the range of grades, etc. These parameters cannot be modified after the review site is activated.

Review Parameters
Reviewer Preferences: Check to let PC members specify their reviewing preferences.
Grades: 1 through (max-grade must be in the range [2..9])
Other Evaluation Criteria: A semi-colon-separated list of criteria, each in the format "Name (max-val)" (the min-val is always 1).
For example "Clear Presentation (3); Bribe Amount (9); ..."
(Do not add "Confidence(X)" here, a "Confidence(3)" field is hard-wired in the software.)
