Between about 1976 and 1982 I was involved in a small time commercial salmon fishing boat in partnership with John Hummel. We had a 29 foot Monterey Clipper that was originally built in 1924 by Mr. Pasquinucci in Sausalito. We kept the boat in Santa Cruz Ca. In the summer months we would take day trip, or longer trips up to five days, in the region from Santa Cruz to Bodega Bay, particularly to the Farallon Islands off San Francisco.
