[platypus-users] Block time - Where'd it go?

Hello!

We've been selling blocks of time for a while. During this time we've
had a few customers call after they'd checked their usage in the
Customer Information site, and calculated their total time during the
block period - it doesn't add up.

This week it seems that a few customers are starting to notice this! I
don't have an answer to give them.

One customer had a twenty hour block but his usage shows he only used
about 11 hours, yet all his block time was gone.

Another customer had 100 hours and only used around 70 before all their
block time ran out.

The radius server we're using is Radiator 3.1, if that has anything to
do with it?

Does anyone know what the reason is for the missing time?
