Where did the prototype builder go?

I'm working my way through the ACS by using the problem sets. So, I'm on ps4, and there's mention of the prototype builder at /admin/prototype.

Problem is, it's not there. Where'd it go? Can I grab it somewhere? Thanks.

ps - I'm running acs 3.4

The prototype builder produced pages to a very old specification, and the code produced was quite messy. The coding standards are still evolving, so the prototype builder was removed from the general ACS release.
