Message: | Tom was kind enough to post his recipe for brussels sprouts as a part of one of the Thanksgiving threads, and I'd like to A) thank him and B) urge everyone to try it. The dish turned out really well - definitely one of the easiest and tastiest things I've made recently, and the few sprouts that didn't get inhaled at dinner made a great addition the next day to a cold rice salad. I'm going to try the sauce again this week with some root veg. instead of the sprouts. I have a feeling it would be lovely with some turnips or parsnips, for instance... |
