I have a optimum connection here at work. Install potato complete w/X,
window maker, gnome... :)
No problems. All worked well.
Then I though I'd try out upgrading online "just becuase I can" :)
I updated my "/etc/apt/sources.list" (I had it pointed to my CD, now its
pointing to debian archives online main and contrib)
Then I:
apt-get update
apt-get dist-upgrade
I did have one small error which I was warned about (common one I guess)
and was told to
"apt-get -f install" which seemed to have handled it, then went back and
finished up with
"apt-get dist-upgrade"
all ~seemed~ to have gone well.
Until I typed "startx" which tells me command not found.
Where'd it go?
