    OK, I enjoy this list and the people on it, so, doesn anyone have neat
    Linux toys to share with everyone here?

    I like gkrellm (you can find it on freshmeat) and lavaps (also available
    on freshmeat). Gkrellm is a nice system monitor that's pretty flexible
    and looks nice under X; lavaps is another X program that displays your ps
    output like a lava lamp: programs are colored blobs which grow in size
    and rise and fall depending on memory and CPU usage.

    And Freeciv, of course. If you like Civilization, you HAVE to get this
    game.
