Raze the roof?

Slip-Up: Go to the chase scene where James Bond chases the Cigar Girl on the Thames in his cool little black boat.
Over by the Millennium Dome (it is the big white dome at the end of the scene), Bond chases her onto the land next to the dome, and she hijacks the balloon. Look at Bond's boat...when he fires the torpedoes, the boat has a roof, when he races up to the shore, it has a roof, and when he jumps the boat on the Cigar Girl's boat, it has a roof....until when the camera cuts to James Bond jumping from the boat and grabbing the rope attached to the balloon. Doesn't it seem impossible that James could jump up and out of the boat if it had a roof? When he jumps, the roof has magically vanished.

Um... if you notice, Bond's boat has a roof but it doesn't completely cover the boat. He simply jumps out of the front, uncovered part of the boat.

I'm not saying he doesn't have a button to lower the roof...but if he does, when does he do it? He has a roof one second, and it disappears the next second. Where'd it go? Where's the beef?

I agree about the boat being very cool. Actually, if you go to the millennium dome, you can see it on display in the Transport Zone. There's a very Bond-ish type button that reads "Don not press unless arse is on fire otherwise arse will be on fire"!
