Q: I can't get the downloading to work , what's the problem? A: Either your connection to the
internet (ie the modem. . . etc) or your browser's default media player is not set up properly. You can download any number of free media players from the net. We recommend Winamp or Musicmatch Jukebox
Q: What's that clickin' noise I hear when I burn a CD of your songs? A: The noise is called
``Jitter"and is common with alot of CD burning software.Find out if there's an upgrade for yours or get one with ``Jitter"control.

Q: Why does the music playback all broken up and cutting in and out? A: It's called buffering
usually caused by the connection's speed. When the download box appears select ``save to disc".Remember you can always delete it later.
Q:I'm using Netscape and when I try to listen to a song all I get is a page with the songs mp3 file's address written out. A: Highlight that address and right click on it .From the drop down menu click on copy.Open up your media player and find the option ``Go to URL" or ``Play Location"and paste it in the address
bar.( You may have to clear the playlist first )Then hit ``Play" or ``OK".
