In case anyone finds this while web searching: Jan 2003 We had a bad experience at CitySide Subaru in Arlington, MA. The sales manager lied to us, repeatedly, and openly disparaged other dealerships in the area. He also told us that if we didn't buy from his dealership, he would make us wait 2-3 months to get service appointments, and we wouldn't get treated as well as customers who had bought there. The whole place just felt really slimy. I'm glad we had the good sense to walk out. We ended up going to Wakefield Subaru. The salesperson there, Jon Coill, seemed honest and up-front about every- thing. We negotiated an excellent deal for a brand-new Outback Limited, and we're really pleased with it so far. However, our subsequent encounters with Coill gave us the impression he cared only about making the sale, which is too bad (your experience may vary).
