plot_individual_user

This is a chart of GDP growth forecasts for 2011. It shows too separate charts as the fastest 
10 and the slowest 10 countries. Qatar is the fastest country at over 15% and Puerto Rico 
is the slowest at negative 4%. There are only 6 countries listed with a negative forecast.
