This charts describes the leading causes of death according to income group in 2004. The groups 
include the overall causes of death in the world, high-income countries' leading causes of 
death, middle-income countries' leading causes, and low-income countries' causes. High and 
middle income countries seem to have a higher percentage of deaths in things they can prevent, 
such as tobacco use,  compared to low income countries that down have the money to prevent 
these things, such as childhood underweight.
This appears to be a 2004 list of the most common causes of death, organized by income group 
and country. It contains information such as the most common risk factors per country and 
the country's average income level.

7.5 million deaths (12.8% of total).  For low-income countries, childhood underweight is at 
the top at 2.0 million deaths (7.8% of total).  For middle-income countries, high blood pressure 
is highest with 4.2 million deaths (17.2%).  For high income countries, 1.5 million deaths 
result from tobacco use (17.9% of total).
