This seems to be a map of Syria. I believe there are two maps side-by-side, showing a difference 
of rebel occupied areas. I am not able to find time stamps on these maps, showing the difference 
in timeframe from occupation to relief of these areas.  
The image depicts how successful anti-government rebels have been in taking territory from 
the Assad regime in Syria. The rebels have even managed to hold on to parts of Aleppo and 
much of the country near Aleppo.
