The USA has ranked the worst of the big 5 carriers on 2 key measures, mishandled luggage and 
on time arrival percentages.  US Airways, being the best of all five with complaints of Mishandled 
luggage and arriving on time.  Delta ranks fourth, then Southwest Air at 3rd, American Airlines 
in 4th, and lastly, United Airlines being the worst.

waits for baggage with increased of checked in bags. Companies like U.S. Airways, Delta, Southwest, 
American Airlines, and United all have increased wait times and respective declining performance 
when dealing with getting luggage to people with increased checked baggage than the average 
person does. Likewise, with more bags, it can be interpreted and noted that you'll wait longer 
with these airlines (U.S. Airways is faster than the slowest airline which is United).
