HD 1.2 is not supported under Win NT 2000.  FD 2.0 (available from 
www.functionobjects.com) mostly works under Win NT 2000 but again is not 
supported under Win NT 2000.  We will very shortly be releasing an 2.0 
update that does work and will be supported under Win NT 2000.
