I've uploaded to my web site a library that allows using the
Functional Developer networks library sockets through some
firewalls. Currently generic firewalls using the CONNECT method are
supported. I've used it for both standard connects to port 80 and SSL
connects to port 443 through a firewall and it seems to work fine.
