Of course, an endorsement is worth no more than the person offering
it.  Fortunately this one comes from Georgia Tech, home of the
Infinitely Large Systems Group.  You should look up Pete Manolios,
Yannis Smaragdakis and Calton Pu.  Or that Shivers guy.
