Do any VMs or similar (C--?) have explicit support for continuations?  Of
those that do (the Ocaml VM, for example), are any particulary easy to
use/learn and/or well documented?  If writing a small language that
included continuations, what would be the simplest way to implement it
(efficiency is much less important than simplicity)?  How long before
Parrot is ready and (well-)documented?

Even better, is there somewhere that already has answers to these questions?
